Our Shotgun Team is part of the Tennessee Scholastic Clay Target Program.  We collect a $30.00 fee for the TNSCTP registration.  Our team has no membership fee.  The seasons runs from September thru June and we typically practice on Mondays and Thursdays when Blount Count Schools are in session.  Our Monday practice is trap shooting at the Blount County Sheriff's Firing Range.  Our Thursday practice is skeet, trap and five stand shooting at the Smoky Mountain Sportsman Club.  The cost of practice is $5.00 to shoot a round of 25 shells that you provide.  Most practices you can shoot more than one round.  You will provide your own shotgun.  New athletes can arrange to borrow a gun to start with.  Athletes are 9 years and enrolled in school.  All athletes must have completed the Tennessee Hunter Education Course.

Our Pistol Team is part of the Scholastic Pistol Program.  We collect a $20.00 fee for the SPP registration and a $15.00 fee for the TN SASP registration.  Our team has no membership fee.  The seasons runs from September thru June and we typically practice on the fourth Saturday of each month at Oak Ridge Sportsman Association.  We practice shooting steel challenge.  You will provide your own pistol and ammunition.  New athletes can arrange to borrow a gun to start with.  Athletes are 12 years and enrolled in school.
